In this scenario, the customer is involved with the custom construction of their home on land that is located in one of our subdivisions. The customer is involved with the construction process from day one. We can assist you with obtaining approval of your custom house plans, financing arrangements (if applicable), and ensuring your home is built to perfection on a great piece of land.

Most of the time you can find at least one our homes under construction and available for purchase. In this case, depending on the phase of construction, the customer can “jump in” and begin to own the decisions remaining on the house under the guidance of our staff, who can assist you every step of the way. This is often the scenario customers desiring a quicker closing date prefer to pursue.
